So, apparently the authorities have recalled hundreds of tons of processed meats and things because they’re contaminated with some kind of crazy killer bacteria from a plant in Montreal, Canada.  When I think about it, there really isn’t any good reason to eat things like hot dogs and bologna anyway.  I mean, processed meats aren’t really “food” any more.  Once it arrives in its immaculate little package with its “best before” date, can you really call a tube of meat sealed in an edible plastic “food”?  Now that it’s all maybe-dangerous, people might pick some real food to eat instead of the freeze-dried look-alikes from the processed meats section. Ick.
