Today I made ‘burger’ patties made out of kidney beans, onion, garlic, green curry paste, pecans, egg, and flour. It was almost a disaster. The consistency was like sloppy gunk and was nearly impossible to shape. Luckily, after the application of enough flour and having my hands coated in the stuff, it happened. After a quick chill in the freezer, into a hot pan with some oil to cook and crisp up. Served on bread with avocado and tomato and they weren’t half bad! Almost not worth the effort. Almost.
