I think this word means: Some sort of horrible residue

Actual definition: KON-floo-uhn(t)s, noun:
1. A flowing or coming together; junction.
2. The place where two rivers, streams, etc. meet.
3. A flocking or assemblage of a multitude in one place; a large collection or assemblage.

Remark: Definition #3 syncs nicely with my hypothesis and the first 60 minutes of my day at work… scrubbing the rotten confluence from the insides of the staff fridge and washing a sink full of dishes.

The people I work with are loads of fun and I think they’re great… it just turns out that they’re a bunch of pigs.  I’ve never been so disgusted with the state of a kitchen.
